We don't provide food & beverages here. You can order food from FOOD MASTER (9043587343) ONLINE and pay them directly. AAN Guest House is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the quality, taste and the cost of foods.

Extra beds are based on availability and chargeable.

Please make sure that you understand all the amenities in the rooms you have reserved. Don't expect more.

Air-conditioner and Geyser will not work during power shutdown.

Your reservation will be cancelled without refund if you don't check-in by 11:30 PM.

NONE of your payments are refundable unless there is any issues from our side.
